Thanks to the generosity and fundraising efforts of Indian Ridge Country Club and Palm Valley Country Club, two Desert high school girls' golf teams will each receive Foundation grants. For the second year in a row Indian Ridge has supported the Palm Desert High Scholl Girl's Golf team and this year, in addition to presenting them with a $5000 Foundation grant, invited the team to play their course and stay for lunch. See the article and picture on the Foundation Facebook page. The Palm Valley Women's Club has a long history of supporting the WSCGA Foundation and, through their "Piece of Cake" Tournament, has raised over $75,000 for grants and scholarships over the past ten years.
