LOCAL GOLFERS MAKE 2012 USA CURTIS CUP TEAM
Three players named to the USA Curtis Cup team are local golfers. Emily Tubert of Burbank is a sophomore at the University of Arkansas studying psychology. Tiffany Lua of Rowland Heights is a junior at UCLA majoring in broadcast journalism, and Lisa McCloskey is a senior at USC majoring in international relations. Congratulations and Go Team USA at Scotland this summer!

Alison Lee of Valencia clinched the 2012 Annika Invitational in Florida by four strokes, winning her first invitational title and entering the national spotlight. Congratulations, Alison!

Santa Ana, Orange County

Joanna graduated from Rosary High School where she was a scholar athlete for four years. She has been an active participant in the girls' golf team and served as co-captain in her senior year. She works as a youth golf instructor at her local golf course. READ MORE >>

Kelsey graduated from Santa Margarita Catholic High School where she was captain of the varsity golf team. She also played JV softball. In both sports Kelsey excelled. She will be attending Cal State Monterey Bay, majoring in journalism and business. READ MORE >>

Joyce graduated from Cathedral Catholic High School where she received many academic honors. She has served in leadership positions in all the school clubs with which she was involved. She enjoys basketball, softball, and plays the violin. READ MORE >>
