2015 Scholarship Recipients

Annika ArrietaAnnika Arrieta (Graduate of Coachella Valley High School)
Annika, a 2015 graduate of Coachella Valley High School, will attend Humboldt State University where she will major in Environmental Resource Engineering. Jessica played for the CVHS Girls' Golf team for 4 years and hopes to play for the women's golf team at Humboldt State.

Marisa BhanubandhMarisa Bhanubandh (From Tustin)
Marisa attended Beckman High School where she was on the honor roll and was a member of the Varsity Girls' Golf team. Her coach describes her as a natural leader. Marisa will be majoring in Business Administration and Marketing at Cal State University San Marcos, where she will also play golf on the Women's Golf Team.




Alyssa Himeno Alyssa Himeno (Graduate of Cleveland Charter High School)
Alyssa was an honor roll student and a member of the girls' golf team at Cleveland Charter High School in Reseda. She will attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in the fall where she plans to major in animal science. Alyssa would like to become a veternarian in order to assist those in developing countries who rely on their animals for their livelihood.




Rachael KamRachael Kam (San Gabriel, Los Angeles County)
Rachel is a 2015 graduate of Gabrielino High School in San Gabriel where she was a Varsity Golf Scholar Athlete. She is an accomplished musician as well as a versatile athlete, competing on both the Girls' Swim team and the Girls' Golf team. Inspired by her short-term mission trips to Mexico, Rachel will major in Communication Sciences and Speech Disorders at Biola University.



Alisa Pierce Alisa Pierce (Huntington Beach, Orange County)
Alisa was a member of Edison High School's League All-Academic team and earned CIF Academic athlete awards for all four years of playing Varsity Girls' Golf. She will attend Brigham Young University this fall where she plans to major in Engineering.





Skylar Rains Skylar Rains (Graduate of Riverside Poly High School)
Skylar graduated with honors from Riverside Poly High SChool. She is a volunteer at Scripps Memorial Hospital where she works in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Skylar will attend the University of San Diego, majoring in Human Biology. She hopes to attend Medical School after graduation.



Georgia LaceyGeorgia Lacey (Graduate of Torrey Pines High School)
Georgia attends San Diego State University and plays for the Women's Golf team. She is a Physcology major and wants to pursue a career in Sports Physchology. Support from the Foundation has allowed Georgia to devote more time to her studies and golf.




Yamilet Nunez-MerazYamilet Nunez-Meraz (Graduate of Coachella Valley High School)
Yamilet will be a sophmore at the University of La Verne where she majors in Business Administration with an emphasis on international business. Yamilet graduated from Coachella Valley High School and is also a P.J. Boatwright intern at the Women's Southern CAlifornia Golf Association.



Natalie MattisonNatalie Mattison (Graduate of Calvary Chapel High School)
Natalie is a second-year scholarship recipient who has shifted her focus to pursue a degree in journalism. She transferred from UC Riverside or Oral Roberts University where she will continue to play golf.




Anne ChengAnne Cheng (Harvard University)
Anne will graduate from Harvard in 2017 where she majors in Neurobiology. She plays for the Women's Golf team, which, along with her studies, Anne describes as the best part of college. In her spare time Anne also volunteers at Massachusetts General Hospital.




Madaynne FedorukMadaynne Fedoruk (Dixie State University)
Maydanne will be a Senior at Dixie State University where she majors in Biology and Chemistry. She plays for the Women's Golf team and is a two-time Academic All-American. Upon graduation Maydanne hopes to attend Medical School.




Samantha RochaSamantha Rocha (Graduate of Cerritos High School)
Samantha graduated in 2015 from Cerritos High School where she was a four-year scholar athlete for the girls' golf team. She will attend Occidental College and plans to pursue a degree in Biology while also playing for the Women's Golf team. Samantha hopes to attend Medical School and become a Sports Medicine Physician.



Katherine RosenbergKatherine Rosenberg (Amherst College)
Katherine will attend Amherst College in Massachusetts where she plans to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology while also playing for the Women's Golf team. She volunteered with a pediatric surgical team in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and hopes to work in the field of Glocal Health in college, Medical School and beyond.
